include:
Fitness Room and
Handball/Racquetball Court - our well equipped
fitness room includes the latest equipment for your use.
There is a dry sauna in each of the two locker rooms and a
handball court/racquetball court for the high energy
folks. Enjoy working out while watching your favorite
program on the television monitor.
Clubhouse Pool and Spa -
this spacious area includes a complete serving kitchen, indoor
heated pool and spa, and dressing rooms.
Outdoor Pool and Deck -
adjacent to the clubhouse, this area includes a unique
pool water fountain. Enjoy sunbathing or cooling off in
the well-maintained swimming pool.
Weight Room - this facility was designed
for serious body building and is separate from the fitness
room.
Library - you will
find that this room offers the perfect place to play cards,
watch a sporting event with friends on the big screen TV, or
just sit back and read a book. This room can be reserved
for private functions.
Piano Room - this is an
elegant but relaxing lounge that includes a grand piano and
comfortable sitting areas.
Billiards Room - here you
can play pool or ping pong with your neighbors and
friends.
Parking Garage - each
condominium is provided with two parking spaces in the three
level garage. There is an elevator and accessibility
ramp for your convenience. There is an abundance of
visitor parking.
Business Office and Concierge
Desk - someone is always available to help with
questions or problems. Fax and copy services are
available.
Mail Room - in addition
to your postal mail box, there is a separate mail room for
holding parcels and large boxes and for the distribution
of the association's official notices.
Exterior Grounds and
Gardens - the setting is six acres of lush gardens
and landscaping which make you feel at home. Seasonal
flowers are added routinely.
Control Room - is the
heart of security and encompasses security monitors, sensors,
and fire alarm monitors which are manned 24 hours per
day.
